Getting someone to estimate the value of real property shouldn't be taken lightly. We believe in fair appraisals.

Contact Michael for an appraisal by email or phone call. We will discuss the situation and purpose of the appraisal. During this correspondence, we will set an appointment to see the property.

Pictures, measurements, & floor plans

When we come and view the property, we will perform a personal examination of the property. We will take photos of the exterior and interior, measure all of the areas, & execute a floor plan.

Analysis & Comparables 

During this stage we will take the information we gathered from viewing your property & perform an analysis for the highest and best use of the property. After coming to a conclusion of the highest and best use, we will then perform research for comparable properties. Adjustments are made to the most relative comaprable sales and a conclusion of the highest value for the property will be determined.

Report is sent

At this point everything is completed & our report will be sent out to you in an email with everything you need.

Over 35 years as an appraiser in the Chicagoland area. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Chicago Circle. Major in Management and minor in Statistical Analysis. Century 21 Real Estate Sales Training Course including Property Analysis and Century 21 Investment Qualification Course. Completion of the Worldwide ERC Relocation Appraisal Training Program.
